I have finally got my laptop fixed (5 weeks downtime). Over the next week I will post some stuff about my recent journey to the US, partly to keep my English teacher happy.

We have now arrived to the US. After a long flight and with an 1/8th of our laptops damaged.
Mine with a cracked screen, after it was dropped on the floor in a security check in Amsterdam. Kim’s with the backlight broken after it has been in its bag in the checked-in luggage, in has apprently been out for a security check, because he says it was full of dust when he turned it on.
We are now resting on the hotel, and are going out to eat soon.
